What you can expect 

"Our Marine Cadets take part in an exciting training programme that includes fieldcraft, drill, leadership, and weapons handling. Through these challenges, cadets gain confidence, build resilience, and form lasting friendships while creating unforgettable memories. We offer a variety of camps throughout the year, giving cadets the chance to embrace adventure and test their skills in new environments.

 

Our dedicated volunteers are committed to each cadet’s development, providing a supportive yet challenging atmosphere where young people can thrive and grow."

Marine Cadet Rank Structure

The Marine Cadet rank structure is designed to guide personal development, leadership, and responsibility every step of the way. All new cadets begin their journey as Recruits, gaining essential skills and understanding the core values of the Royal Marines. As they grow in confidence and ability, cadets can progress through the following ranks:
